Vet-Meds.com only sells United States FDA/EPA approved products intended for sale to animals within the U.S. Vet-Meds is owned and operated by Native Americans and is located on Sovereign Indian Territory. All transactions are initiated and concluded on Indian Territory and governed by Indian law.

Vet-Meds supports the American Veterinary Medical Association's position that consumers may purchase veterinary pharmaceuticals from non-veterinary sources with prescriptions that have been issued by a local veterinarian with a valid client/patient relationship. Vet-Meds does not prescribe medications.

Returns

In accordance with Federal Law, prescription items may not be returned. Vet-Meds works hard to ensure every customer is satisified. Non-prescription returns are generally allowed within 30 days of purchase. Certain returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Your information is only used to process your order and provide a convenient shopping experience (cookies to remember your cart info). Your information is not disclosed, shared, sold, or traded with any third parties under any circumstances. We may send you offers for our products from time to time.

Shipping

All orders over $39 are shipped free of charge, and orders under $39 have a $7.00 shipping & handling fee. Most orders are sent Priority Mail, with delivery typically in 3-4 business days. Aerosols and heavier orders may be shipped UPS Ground, which can take up to 10 business days depending on your location. Large, heavy orders, or orders requiring chilling may be subject to additional shipping charges.
